Dress like Korean Royalty

Have you ever wanted to feel like a Korean King or Queen from the Chosan Dynasty?

Great news!  You can, outside of the Gyeongbokgung Palace.  Located in the Gwanghwamun area (or central mall) you will find a small display near the Sejeon statue.  (When facing the statue look to your right and you will see a small blue  building with an  “I am a king” sign on the front of it.)

Head over and you can try on Royal Clothing free of charge!  Sign in at the desk and then an employee will help you place clothing over your clothes.  Once you are wearing the Royal costume you are free to take photos in the area.  This is a great introduction or conclusion of a tour of the Gyengbokgung Palace.

This event will be open until October 31st,  2013.  It is open until 6:00 pm every day the palace is open.

Transportation:  Gyeongbokgung Palace Station (Line 3)  Exit 5

Gwanghwamun Station (Line 5)  Exit 2
